New five-story, 25,000-square-foot building in the heart of downtown Nashville on Broadway that will be home to Nashville’s own Bottled Blonde. This unique site was formerly home to Trail West. The new building will include a full basement level, excavated 21’ below Broadway and the first floor of the adjacent buildings.
Grading a site to that depth with zero lot lines is always a challenge, but Sunrise deployed the best equipment and people possible to complete the excavation. Using GPS, lasers, robotic total stations, and excavators equipped with drum cutters we completed the mass excavation ahead of schedule. Our scope also included detailed footing excavation.
