Carellton is a 750 lot subdivision featuring single family homes, cottages, and an amenity center on over 300 acres of rolling hills, woods, and streams in Gallatin, Tennessee. Sunrise graded and installed site utilities in all eight phases of this residential subdivision. We created multiple blue line streams and wetlands to greatly increase wild life habitats- particularly the endangered stream side salamander.
