As Middle Tennessee continues to expand, the demand for efficient freight transportation is on the rise. Dayton Freight is addressing this need by constructing a new 24-dock truck terminal to enhance their logistics operations. Leveraging our expertise in building local trucking and logistics centers, Sunrise was chosen as the ideal sitework contractor for this project. We completed mass grading in less than three weeks, collaborating with our soil cement stabilization subcontractor to ensure the subgrade across the site was properly stabilized and ready for vertical construction.
