KIPP Antioch Global High School is one of Nashville’s newest public charter schools, located in a space that holds special meaning for many native Nashvillians- Hickory Hollow Mall. The project involved transforming the former Macy’s department store and parking garage through extensive renovations, along with new construction to add a gym and additional classroom space. After years of sitting vacant, this once-bustling mall has been revitalized into a vibrant, modern campus. The project also included the demolition of old asphalt lots, replaced by a soccer field, bio-retention ponds, and new green spaces.
