One Lebanon Place, situated in Lebanon, TN, and previously known as the Lebanon Prime Outlet Mall, is set to showcase several repurposed buildings. These accommodate a Habitat for Humanity Restore and a Church. New construction will feature residential lots, commercial areas, and green spaces. Sunrise has completed all site grading and utility installations for the first phase of the project, which will feature 84 residential units.
