This project is a 24 acre industrial site which included a 50,000 SF warehouse/manufacturing building and over 3 acres of paved surface. Our scope includes flood plain compensation cut and removal, over 8,600 SF of bio-pond water quality installation, and public storm infrastructure improvements. Due to the existing low strength soils present on site, we cement stabilized over three acres of paved surface and building pad sub-grade.
