Trevecca Residence Hall is a seven floor, 112,000 SF dormitory building on the campus of Trevecca Nazarene University in South Nashville. In addition to this site featuring the first dorm built on campus in nearly 50 years; the building also has a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Nashville, a park like outdoor space, and generously landscaped bio-ponds that we installed. Included in our scope was the footing excavation package due to a multi-tiered basement level requiring shoring and lay backs.
